Important Exhibitor Information

• The person releasing the dog should proceed to the start area.
• The catcher should proceed to the finish line.
• Do not walk near or approach the fenced area when heading to or from the finish area.
• “To the Line” means your dog should be ready and near the staging area.
• Water, shelter, and washrooms are available inside the arena.
• Dogs not entered in the conformation show are not permitted inside the building.
• Please bring your own food, beverages, chairs, shade, and supplies for the day.

Roll Call

Roll Call will begin at 8:00 AM and continue until 10:30 AM.

All participants not entered in conformation must check in no later than 9:00 AM, as stated in the Premium List.

The handlers briefing will take place after 9:00 AM. Conformation exhibitors unable to attend will be briefed separately.

Running Order

Conformation participants who are required in the ring at the time of their run may arrive earlier or later as needed.

All non-conformation participants are expected to follow the live running order throughout the day.
